When you use a contractor's visualizer, we collect the photograph you upload, your ZIP code, your garage-door selections, and the contact details you submit with an estimate request. This information is shared with the contractor whose visualizer you used.
We use your information to generate your garage-door preview and to allow the contractor to contact you about your project. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Uploaded photographs are stored securely and may be deleted at your request or by the contractor. Contractors can delete customer images at any time from their dashboard.
Each contractor's data — leads, visualizations, catalog selections, and customer photos — is isolated and not shared with other contractors on the platform.
Payment processing for contractor subscriptions is handled by our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Billing may be monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select.
